Modern Languages goes live!

Sapphire in partnership with design company RomWebs has successfully delivered a new interactive website for Modern Languages.

This is a unique website for learning French and Spanish through resources such as word puzzles, role-playing games, flash cards and game show style trivia & quizzes - over 600 of them!

Some of the features that Sapphire developed include a registration module, an affiliate management system, an advanced backend system for admin to upload new resources, and community functionality like chatrooms between many others.

Development work was done in MySQL/php.

EasyBuild gets HMRC recognition

Easybuild - Sapphire Construction software

EasyBuild, Sapphire’s ERP for the construction industry, obtained HMRC recognition to file their HM Revenue and Customs’ Construction Industry Scheme form (CIS300) over the Internet.

The CIS300 form, which needs to be filled in and filed monthly, is seamlessly handled by EasyBuild and is just one of the many useful features the construction sector can benefit from.

UVIS continues to expand

Sapphire has been commissioned to integrate a new module in UVIS using .NET.

UVIS (Unified Victim Identification System) is a computer software system that government agencies can deploy in a disaster situation to centralize missing persons reports, define the possible victim manifest, verify identities and generate reports, including press dispatches.

Developed for the City of New York, the system can be used by multiple agencies—Police Departments, Health Departments, Medical Examiners Offices, Family Assistance Centers, between others.
