Chris Gadsby
Projects Director
Chris is one of Sapphire's Senior Consultants, specialising in client / server developments, in particular using NetPlus and Microsoft .net with a variety of database engines. His areas of expertise cover Project Management, Systems Specification and Design for projects in the UK and North America. He is a member of the British Computer Society, has an MBA in Technology Management and worked in heavy industry fo 15 years prior to joining Sapphire.

Faisal Syed
Faisal's role in Sapphire Ltd requires him to specialise in the complete range of products & services offered by the group and develop new business leads through sales, attending seminars, implementing enhanced CRM, helping in preparing new marketing strategies and offering Sapphire's solutions in a consultative approach. Faisal graduated in 2004 with a degree in Computer Systems Engineering (BEng). He then pursued his career in a business oriented subject by doing a Masters (MSc) in Management from Cass Business School, receiving a scholarship from the school. Joined Sapphire in 2005.

Susan Fennell
Susan is Sapphire' s Customer Relations Co-ordinator and is the first point of contact for general enquiries. She looks after our clients and in particular our Application and Technical Support Contract customers. Susan comes with 11 years experience in the footwear industry as a merchandiser for Bally Shoes of Switzerland and a brand co-ordintaor and Senior Sales Administrator for key accounts for an International Shoe Agency.

Jay Gohil
Jay is responsible for product marketing, strategy planning, orchestrating online and offline lead generation activities, pre-sales and Internet marketing initiatives within Sapphire Group. Jay has 9+ years of international work experience in the high tech industry (4 years as a Product Manager), spanning across 5 countries - Finland, Germany, Kenya, UK & USA (Silicon Valley). He has worked for Fortune 100 companies as well as start-up. Jay has a MS in E-commerce from Carnegie Mellon University, USA a unique program taught by the School of Computer Science and Tepper Business School. He also has a MEng in Electronic & Electrical Engineering with Honors from Loughborough University, UK.

Katia Robertson
Marketing Co-ordinator
Katia is Sapphire's Marketing Co-ordinator and is responsible for organising a variety of marketing tasks for the Group - these include collaterals, case studies, events and mailers. Katia has been with Sapphire for over 14 years performing a number of roles including Quality Assurance and International Co-ordination. She has an Arts and Music degree and has completed a Management and Business Study course.

Andrei Grebelski
Sales Executive
Having graduated with a 2:1 BA Honours degree in business and marketing, Andrei has had a wide range of business experience in this field during his university career. His roles ranged from White Trash event management and venues promotion in Oxford to strategic marketing and branding of Dental Spa, an elite dental clinic in Moscow.

Andy Rose
Andy is the UK Project Manager responsible for managing a dedicated team of Analysts and tasks in progress to ensure the delivery of on-time and in-budget projects. He is also responsible for establishing and monitoring Best Practices in DataEase to ensure customers benefit from the latest innovations in the product. Andy has an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Henk Spierings
Henk has been working in IT since 1980 and been a DataEase solution provider for over 20 years. In 2004 he established Sapphire Benelux to offer DataEase and Sapphire related products and services in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

SCOTLAND

Frank Park
Frank has worked for the past 30 years in business development, marketing, sales, product development, customer service and support providing business software solutions to a variety of industries. Frank set up Sapphire Scotland in 2003 to extend Sapphire's range of services and solutions to companies throughout Scotland. Based centrally in Callander he is readily available to support customers throughout the country.
